HOLA (House of Local Art) is a unique boutique accommodation escape nestled in the idyllic village of Eumundi – the creative heart of the Sunshine Coast. We’re an easy 20-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Noosa and perfectly positioned for exploring the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

A heart project, HOLA celebrates and honours the talents of local artists, craftspeople, makers and designers – the fabulous creatives tucked away in studios, in sheds, on farms, weaving their magic and enriching our cultural landscape.

Each of our 15 rooms are similar, but no two are the same. They are contemporary chic but have a Eumundi laid-back spirit – inspired by our local landscapes and naturally creative culture. HOLA combines tiny details and thoughtful surprises to create a welcoming space for kindred spirits to enjoy a home away from home.

It’s the creative groove and artworks that make HOLA a truly memorable accommodation space, with each room home to its own collection of original local art – canvases on the walls, ceramics on the benches, even quirky hand-made ‘do not disturb’ signs, alongside sculptures in the gardens and around the hotel.

There are some 45 original artworks hanging on the walls of the hotel, more than 100 individual ceramic pieces and 13 sculptures and installations.

HOLA is split over two levels with two beautiful buildings set on either side of a tropical courtyard and pavilion. The rooms are contemporary chic with a Eumundi laid- back spirit, featuring authentic timber furniture, natural linen soft furnishings, bamboo and cotton throws, and the all-important artworks.

Each HOLA room has been designed to connect with nature – either with a balcony overlooking the treetops or featuring custom-designed window planter boxes of tropical greenery.

There are various room options available, but for those wanting to really treat themselves, there’s the HOLA Suite – for luxurious relaxation. Featuring a separate lounge/ dining area which leads into the bedroom through fabulous artisan barn doors; a full-length balcony; freestanding bath and shower space; and a styling that truly honours the natural surfaces, the HOLA Suite epitomises contemporary bohemian chic.

The hotel is positioned perfectly to soak up the very best Eumundi has to offer, next door to the iconic Imperial Hotel, Eumundi Distillers and Eumundi Brewery and across from the world-famous Eumundi Markets.
