Wittacork Dairy Cottages
About Us
Wittacork is a modern working dairy farm. The property is 500 acres, including 150 acres of pristine rainforest. It adjoins Lake Baroon and Kondalilla National Park and is a Land for Wildlife registered property.
Our cottages are set on a ridge overlooking Lake Baroon and the Kondalilla National Park and are surrounded by rainforest. There are walking tracks through our rainforest & various farm tracks, including to Lake Baroon, that visitors can follow.
Guests are welcome to come and watch the cows being milked and help feed calves. They can also feed our growing herd of Boer goats, the pigs and the chickens and collect eggs. Led pony rides are available for children.
We currently milk about 120 cows and we have another 150 dry cows, heifers and calves. The herd is mainly Friesian/Jersey/Guernsey cross. Our milk is sent to Maleny Dairies for processing into bottled milk.
