Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and shaking up a storm across south-east Queensland, The Bartenders are a team of passionate and experienced hospitality staff focused on creating premium catering & beverage services.
Our wedding bartending services mean a seamless experience for you from your first enquiry to the end of your reception. Whether you’re looking for custom cocktails, crisp bottled beer or freshly popped champagne, there won’t be a dry glass in the house!
With 8 years of business and well over 200 weddings under our belt, we understand the flow of service and how to make the wedding special for the bride, groom and all the guests.
Our Bartenders are guaranteed to be the life of the party and the perfect addition to your celebration.
We are known for, and specialise in the cocktail hour(s) post ceremony, where we are often seen serving 100’s of consistently delicious, aesthetic cocktails to our guests.
When booking with us, Grant, our Director, will book in a consult with you and/or your planner to discuss our service, timings and any additional questions you may have.

OUR TEAM – Grant & The Team are a professional, presentable & passionate team using their skills & experience as the foundation to a perfect service.
COCKTAILS – We are known for, and specialise in the cocktail hour(s) post ceremony, where we are often seen serving 100’s of consistently delicious, aesthetic cocktails to our guests. Are staples are the Passionata & Margarita.
CHAMPAGNE/COCKTAIL TOWERS – Whether its a champagne or margarita tower post ceremony, or an espresso martini tower for dessert, we’ve got you covered.
GLASSWARE – We start with the table set, with a crystal cut water tumbler & premium wine glass. Our team bring enough glassware to get through the full service without reusing or washing any glassware. This gives us the time to focus completely on your guests.
