Obi Surplus Market
Obi Obi Hall, 856 Obi Obi Road, Obi Obi
No money changes hands at the Obi Surplus.
If you have things of value from the house or garden that you no longer need, bring it along.
We encourage people to come even if they have nothing to bring because we have so much abundance, we need people to share with!
This is an old school get-together to share, eat, talk and play. Our vision is to create networks of gardeners, philosophers, hard workers, creators, educators and friends.
There is seed-saving, fruit tree producing and baby chicks. Skills such as preserving, scything, spinning and fermenting are demonstrated. We are always on the look out for people to demonstrate something new, so if you have a skill you would like to share, please let us know.
The more beautiful, bountiful backyard produce we share and the more skills we learn, the more independent we become.
Join us on the first Wednesday of each month from 9.30am - 11.30am at Obi Obi Hall.
